Default hi there , new to the site
today was my first time fly fishing , last year i bought a used fly rod and reel for $ 25.00 with line and finnaly got the guts to go out. i ended up buying 2 green and 2 brown woolybuggers and 2 muddler minnows (haven't used them yet) i tryed the green and landed a 13" rainbow (my 1st. on a fly) and some time later a small brookie. but in the biggining i had a few line tangles from poor casting tech's .....ahhh were learning.

just gotta figure out the rest.

Well done Tav, and welcome to the forum.

A fish on your first attempt! Not many here who can say that. The casting will come with time, keep at it.
