Aberystwyth fishing holiday

Hi all,have booked a holiday near Aberystwyth starting 29th May.We are staying in one of the Aberystwyth angling clubs caravans on Fronchoch lake.
Any advice on fishing in this area would be really appreciated.
Also is it worth trying to catch seatrout at this time of year.
