they shouldnt be able to mate because if youve paid money for a season ticket you have the right to fish on that specific piece of water if the permit says you can
Unless it says on the the clyde ticket (by which i assume it is UCAPA water) "no fishing when competitions are underway" they cant do nout
and mine definatley doesnt say that
