i am after some braided leaders,(floating) i use to use the airflow braided leaders but cant find them anymore, anyone any idea where i can get some from

I bought some furled leaders from mrtrout, here on the forums. They are really well made, it might be worth you contacting him for more info.
There may well be others on here too, this is just my experience.

What ever you do don't buy Airflo Poly Leaders they are absolute rubbish and a waste of money.

mrtrout's leaders are superbly made ,he is due back from Spain today sometime,i also have some of rod dibbles which are available from Phil at spidersplus..

This is a bizarre statement - I've had success using a fast sink poly-leader on a floating line as a quick-n-dirty alternative to a sink-tip line - saves carrying two lines.

I am talking about Floating Poly Leaders (Plastic with a bit of nylon on the end) not the sinking type they are different.

I can still just remember the ones the Aristo Spaniard made for Bob Church .

And I didn't think much to them either !

Is there a problem using a tapered mono one and a wee bit of mucilin dabbed on to set it up exactly right ?
