Presumably you're aware of the Gamefishers?

i just joined the warwickshire fly fishers, 4 pools on two sites + stretch of a stream north of Rugby. I thoroughly recommend them, best fishing I've had in years. Check out their web site. Also look at Sutton Colefied anglers society. I was a private member of Packington trout fishery (near Birmingham International), two large lakes, two small pools, cheap, but very poor quality fish (worst fins around). Also look at the Solihull fly dressers (waters between Solihull and Stratford.

Consider river Blithe north or Brum (not the Blythe south of Solihull).

Thumbs down lighthouse

found your reply to my post, i know of a few people in the gamefishers club and they are not happy.
the waters are not looked after properly any more, the boundaries are not marked on the waters, the committee is apparently a joke! it is run by the sec and chiarman/president and not the others they said, the members asked for the club web site to be interactive for the membership and were told no by the committee and they said that a member of some 25+ yrs left due to medical grounds after serving them faithfully as a warden/ secretary/ chain saw operative AND committee member and they just threw all his long term services aside, not even offering him an Honorary membership for all his long service and dedication, so i would not even consider such a club who can't honour such a person as this. but thanks for the info anyway.
