Does anybody know of the whereabouts of a tackle shop in Tokyo?
I here for a few days and really need to go and just look at some fishing stuff to keep me sane... Might even make a purchase.

Try going into any good hotel (that has a Concierge service) and give an ask. Doubt you'll get the info out of a local phone book (assuming you don't read that written language.)
