Default shocking treatment of an angler!!!!!!!!!!!

what would you say if you turned up at a fishery and paid for a days catch and release at a fishery with no limit to the amount you catch.then proceed to have a good start and then be told to leave after 2 hrs because you had jagged 18 or so fishangler asked have i done something wrong???to which the fishery manager replied no its just we have a comp on tomorrow and don't want all the fish jaggedno refund was given to the angler and to make matters worse the guy is serving in the armed forces is this anyway to treat someone who serves their country????? i know of a few fisheries who do special rates for the armed forces perhaps this fisheries staff could learn from them

I woulda told them to "get poked" and continue fishing
irrespective of the guys background thats a shocking way to treat a paying customer. some people have no idea how to run a business

Terrible way to treat anyone if they were that concerned about the comp they should have closed the fishery or stopped c&r the day before, disgusting behaviour.

Name & shame

I heard this story this morning when I went to my local....it is utterly ridiculous - I know which fishery it was and I think you should go ahead and name them.
I wont because I heard it 3rd party.

Any fishery owner reserves a right to ask anyone to leave, HOWEVER if he didn't tell you in advance there was a limit then you should be entitled to a full refund IMO.

How would the owner feel if the angler had fished all day and not had a touch and then said angler demanded a refund.

Name and shame I say.

owner cant be stocking it much if he was afraid the guy was going to jag all the fish.
