Just started a new site in Lasswade and on the way there i noticed it is on the banks of the north esk river. Is this part of the river worth a cast and where can i get a permit. Rod is in the van primed and ready. JB

well worth a try.
sea trout just starting to come in.
reasonable wild browns, about half to one pound.
some escapee bows.
used to be shop in musselburgh west high street sold permits, and post office in lasswade/bonnyrigg.
if having problems getting one p.m me and i will try to find outlets for you.
