First post on the forum after joining so any info would be great. I havent been fly fishing since my early teens and now at 28 fancy getting back into something I really loved as a youngster. Im just looking for some info on rods, reels, lines, flys etc. I will be fishing a reservoir for rainbow and brownies. I want to spend up to £150.00 to get me started and then add on from there. So thanks in advance for any replys and hopefully this will be the first of many happy posts.

finny, welcome to the forum buddy and welcome back to fly fishing, if i was you i would PM "Grommit" on here with your exact post he will sort you out my friend , lines you can get from "pitsfordpirate" on here also just go into trade classifieds and click theyre user name and a drop down box will appear with a function to PM them , sort your rod etc out first then talk to the pirate for the line/s...

Welcome back - you will find things have changed - I did!

There are plenty of great deals in the "Trade Classified" section - look at the top of the page and click the "Shopping" link. For lines you cant beat Pistford Pirate - good lines for less than £20.
You will find loads of tackle talk and revues in the archive of messages on here and there are some good deals to be had on eBay - I just got a new 10ft rod and a reel (with four spools!) on there for under £90!
