Bruce

Are you sure you have the correct Forum and dont mean 'S&M-R-US'??

All jokes aside, I have a pair of shot knees and cannot kneel on mine and have to wear a 'veggie-wrap' style knee support on my right knee when snowboarding.

May I ask why and what for, Bruce?

I was out fishing with 'erefishyfishy before Easter (he was kindly acting as my Ghillie for the day) and as we were stalking he recommended some from a Wyevale garden centre, but I can't be more specific than that.

Knee Pads? Me too, I wouldn't mind finding a pair of soft (with just a bit of protection) Knee pads, for kneeling on rocks or in the river bed, when fishing the streams! Would have to be cheap pair though and a soft pliable yet strong material! Is there any to be had?

Default Veggie Wrap

Here you go, Boys.................

I use something similar but far thinner but as comfortable knee pads go, you could do far worse than use the 661 Veggie Wraps - google them or see below

SIXSIXONE Veggie Wrap Knee Pads 30% DISCOUNT !!!! - £24.49

NO.....

BEN , i want them to crawl about on my local streams etc mate , ive seen some belters with two different front plates you can attatch one is of like neoprene rubber and the other a plastic/nylon studded surface which could be handy for differing rock surfaces(slime, moss etc)

I don't know if these would be of any use? I've never tried any myself but joiners and the like, use them all the time on Construction sites, so I guess they must be fairly comfortable.

ben wouldnt be much good as they would get torn to shreds having no hard outer shell you would feel every stone through them on your knees
