fri 9th- I had 8 rainbows 1 was over wintered 7lb+. I had browns 1 at 5lb+ @ 3 over 3lb+ I caught them on floating line @ cormorants.
sat 10th- Took my dad up with me he had 8 rainbows @ I had 8 rainbows 1 was over wintered at 4 half lbs. I also had 12 browns up to a pound @ half they were all caught on floating lines @ a dry black hopper. Boats @ bank rods round me were hammering fish on floating lines, since friday the weather has brought the water on. Top places to fish are the over flow up to the peak banks @ up to the burn.
