'Tis a quality read indeed. About the only blog that's ever made me want to return...again, and again. Clear, uncluttered, eminently readable, beautifuly written, informative, great pictures, and a whole heap of know how written with great humility. Maybe that's the kind of thing they judged it on?

Hey thanks for the kind words guys. I hadn't seen this until Nelson dropped me a line today.
I don't think it's necessarily a measure of quality (I would be miles behind Gareth's FFISW if that was the case), more a measure of traffic through and links to from other sites....

Well done to those who were mentioned though - Alistair (of course), Gareth, Mike et al. It's nice to know someone is interested in our waffle!!
