can any1 tell me if this is an ok rod for small still water .Airflo Airtec Nano 7/8 wt?

Is It the 9ft6 or the 10ft.? If its the 9ft6 for the money its not a bad rod. This rod would be good for big waters aswell as smallwaters.Same as any rod though it is what suits the individual so you would be better trying one, if you can.
