Just to pass on huge thanks from all at the WTT (particularly from those behind the scenes who do so much work in gathering the auction lots and compiling/publishing the catalogues etc.) for the success of this year's auction.

All of that effort has been hugely worthwhile this year with a record breaking £49,000 raised in the auction this year.

This funding is vital to allow us to be as flexible as possible in our work. Project-specific funding is fantastic, but being only tied to specific, tightly defined outcomes would be too restrictive for us. Our auction funds allow us to keep nimble and responsive to changing needs.

Rest assured, we appreciate it and also appreciate that there is a never ending queue of people waiting to take donations off you or to support various causes. The faith shown in our organisation constantly inspires us to greater heights.

Although we only have 3 full time staff and a director, large numbers of volunteers and crucial part-time funded staff mean that we punch well above our weight. However, the bottom line is;
