Default Bl**dy moose

When to sort out my gear to go fishing at Piperdam looked in by bag to see about 2 dozen bits of green fly line in the corner, took my floater out and started to pull line from the reel to get more 4 inch bits line totally knackered.
How much destruction do these little bu**ers do th fishing tackle thankfully they stopped at the floater.
One good thing had a good days fishing with 3 rainbows

Being a thoroughly mean bas...d - Tesco's cheapest Plain Cooking Chocolate - superglued onto the trap trigger - never fails !
But you do get the odd clever one and for that the classic time honoured Sparton Trap Spread which is 4 all together ( 1 in the middle ) up against a wall ! I reckon tho that the old time Little Nippers were the best - them modern ones with the yellow plastic triggers can be very difficult to set on a really fine hair trigger !

Me , as a Tackle Dealer I say 'God Bless Mice and Rats ! ' I don't know how many replacement nets they've sold me but it is in the dozens over the years and the fondness mice have for chewing out the crutches in Neoprene Waders you just might not believe !

Keep on keeping your kit where the mice and rats can get at it - I need the business !
