Just renewed my licence online & it was a bit like hard work.
I started entering my personal details & most of the form autofilled & was correct. Answered a couple more questions, pressed "continue" & nothing happened, no details of problem etc.
Tried again, started again, same thing.
Then found that I had to click on the "find address" button to make it work, even though the details were already there.
Haven't had a problem with the online process before.

Hi Bob,

I had problems last year filling in via Firefox browser. Switched to Safari and it was fine.
