Default What flys for stillwaters rainbows in March?

My fishing mate who has been fishing a bit longer than myself has decided to go on the tommorow instead of fishing.
Just looking for some tips on what flies to try tommorow.

Most probably be going to woodford over here in n.ireland or if anyone san suggest anyother good fisheries within 20 miles or so of belfast.

Do any yous know someone good on entomology. Want to find out what kind of sedges hatch at Gartmorn Dam (Central Region, Scotland).
