Default Vision Koma Kassette - how do I change cassette?

Hi guys,
I feel a bit stupid asking this as I am guessing it is going to be a simple answer but I bought a Vision Koma Kassette and received it today - there are no instructions with it just an exploded diagram.

I've pushed in the little metal switch to get it in to 2 halves (if you know what I mean) but how do I take out the cassette to replace it with another one. The reel seems quite flimsy compared to the Shimano fixed spool reels that I am used to so I didn't want to force anything and risk breaking it. Can anyone help please?

Theres a big silver O-ring, threaded and with a textured grip, loosen it anti-clockwise. Don't drop this, you'll need it later! Spools have a small lug for alignment on one edge.

The frames also take the spools for the 6/7 and 7/8 Koma reels.

Hope that helps!

Get a good solid grip of the plastic spool and just pull it clean and straight away from reel. You will notice on one side of the cassettes there are a couple of grooves cut out, you need to line those you with the corresponding bit on the reel when putting the cassette back on, also the centre hole is tapered, so it can only go on the reel one way.
