Had another good day at patshull today. One of the old'uns who used to fish the seniors day on a monday at cound was there. He was talking to the manager about running a similar event at patshull. The manager said he would be willing to do it if there was intrest in it. So if anyone (past counders pr not) would be intrested, give fishery manager Rowland Dudley a ring on 01902700774. Just express your intrest, it should get the ball rolling. Cound did £10 including a fish, i think. Not sure what prices Rowland would offer, but i'd have thought it would be fairly similar. Also membership for new members is £250 (fairly sure), including unlimited fishing at any time, 20 fish and a boat. Just if you're intresed. Real shame Cound was allowed to slip so far that it was taken over as a coarse fishery.
