does anyone know the best method to get twists out of fly line, i have just upgraded my line and one of them is twisted, cheers

Connect the end of the lie to a post etc using a swivel.
Feed line off the reel and then stretch the line. The twists should come out.

As above. Give it a run down with a cloth with warm soapy water as well, just to give it a quick clean and helps keep it supple.
