Default Which midlands reservoir to fish @ start of the season?????

Hi i have posted a similar link on fishing magic but hoped i would have more success here being specific fly fishing. i am hoping to do a days fishing with my brother start of april (probably in a boat??) narrowed it down to the midlands (wanted draycote but we won't get into that one!)
Was really looking at one of 3 raventhorpe, eyebrook or pitsford.
Any advice please very welcome and techniques etc, cheers jon

Ravensthorpe will probably be the most forgiving early season from the boat, Pitsford is best from the bank early season.

Don't disregard Elinor and it is already open.

The Pirate.

Having not Fished Pitsford or Revensthorpe I couldn't comment, but Eyebrook can be great fun early season, I usually take the missus to eyebrook early on as she has a good chance of catching something as a beginnner.
