Anyone fished it last year? Looking at going this year and was wondering when's the best time to go, tactics etc...

I've only fished there the once on a works outing in May a few years ago but it fished its socks off. I had about a dozen using a floating line mainly on goldhead damsels and my boat partner had about the same. Good sport close in to the bank near the cages.

Cheers scobo, was thinking about May time. Just watched a Hooked on Fishing and it was Loch Fad in May.

My mate's fished it more than me and he's had a few double figure fish.
A few pike too !

ive got a club outing there next sunday. al let you know how it fishes.
