How's Ludford Fishing?

Any of you Lincolnshire Lads (or Lasses!) been to Thorpe Vale Ludford recently? My fishin buddy is over from Canada and we fancy a day out on Sunday? Just wondered if the weather has put the kybosh on the fishing?
