Default Warwickshire, river Itchen.

Anyone know of any accessable stretches or club waters on the Warwickshire Itchen, the photos I've seen look very trouty.

Coarse fish only, according to the EA Coventry Telegraph - News - South Warwickshire News - River Itchen gets new fish at Southam and Long Itchington to replace poisoned ones

I lived for two years of my life in Cubbington and fished just about every inch of the Leam from Hunningham to Leamington Spa.

As regards the Itchen, It was a trout stream but many many years ago before borehole abstraction ruined it.

I was once told of huge wild brown trout in the Leam. I never caught nor even saw any.

Be interesting if the EA had any electrofishing results for it. Bet there are some WBT left somewhere in the head waters.
