Isnt it refreshing when you have a service like that. You certainly remember the horror stories.
I have recently been using O,Reillys tackle in London, and what a fantastic service. He has beat prices given from other mail order companies and offers next day delivery. My son got a quote from someone from this site for a wt4 8'6" Stremflex with Greys reel and O'Reillys not only beat that price but the rod was delivered to his workplace the following morning.
To all those traders that supply this kind of service please keep it up it is really noticed and appreciated.

Wobblebelly has been using my shop/mail order and the other week mentioned his son (who I do not know from Adam) was in the process of purchasing a Streamflex rod and had been given a quote which I had no difficulty beaten .The main thing was he wished the reel, line and backing loaded up and delivered for the next day.All this was duly carried out.The comment concerning my website I assume was indirectly pointing out that my website address has been removed due to the fact I am not A trade member
Don't really know if this is correct as it does protect the paid up trade members but on the other hand makes the site 100% commercial and restricts the available choices . I intend to become a trade member shortly
