Has anyone used this online company before?

The River Angler :: River Fishing Equipment from The River Angler

They have an item listed that I've been struggling to find anywhere else but they don't have a phone number on the site so that I can call and check that the item is in stock.

I've emailed twice but no reply as yet. I'm a bit reluctant to order from someone who I've never dealt with before.
