Default New section for "User's Fly Boxes"

I understand that too many sections can ruin a forum but another (scottish) flyfishing forum has a section dedicated to photos of and discussions about users fly boxes. This is very useful (particularly for neophytes like myself) and gives you an insight into what experienced anglers carry with them. It helps you see the wood from the trees in the sense that when you start fishing you think there are hundreds of patterns you will need whereas is seems there is often a negative relationship between years experience and the number of patterns used. Any thoughts?

A sea trout forum I'm a member on has a similar thing, though this is in the form of a 'sticky' at the top of the fly tying section. I must admit I do find it quite interesting having a mooch through fellow anglers' boxes.

Am I ready for yet another section though? Hmm, not sure. Would a sticky suffice?

A sticky in the fly-tying forum is a better idea, I agree. How about it admin?

Steve, would it not be easier if you maybe start the ball rolling by creating the thread in the fly tying section, then we can PM admin and ask if would be possible to sticky it?

Good idea - when I get home I'll photo my fly box (such as it is!) and start the thread, then pm admin.
