Default What do you carry?

Moving on from lewins' post about bags or vests, I wondered what people carry when they're out. Most of us will probably carry what we think is the total requirement, but we may be surprised what others carry, and find a new bit of kit we can't do without. As for me, I have the Ron Thompson Ontario jacket with the following items:

2x fly boxes, one for wet one for dry.
Spare spools loaded (Floating, Sinking and Intermediate).
Leader Material (Currently copolymer in 0x to 5x, but will add fluorocarbon soon).
Floatant and Sinkant.
Forceps and Line Snips.
Cast wallet with tapered and self made leaders.
Buff.
Landing net on Magnetic release on back of Jacket.
Bass Bag.
Sunglasses.

well,Little as possible.I dont like carrying a bag because you do end up carrying items you dont really need.I leave this in the car and just load up the waistcoat for the days outing.
Fishing the rivers would consist of leaders,2 boxes of flies, glasses, small back landing net, scissors, and then chest waders and clothing.
Even When I fishing for salmon I would carry much the same.
Fishing for stockies would be the same but without the chestwaders.

Little as possible is my answer.

That's so sad mark.
I tried one of these lanyard things, which a friend kindly made for me, in the hope it would lighten the load.
I now have so much stuff fastened to it, just in case, I am sure it is heavier than my Simms vest.
At the start of every season, I leave the house with my new fully assorted fly boxes and vest, and by the last day it is back to normal, pockets bulging, fly boxes in a mess, one day!!!

Exactly the same as yourself minus spare spools and buff but add in micro multitool (for de-barbing) and if I'm out all day I'll take a pork pie and a shandy.
