I bought a greys grxi fly reel for £42/99 from Ovation Leisure Tyseley B/ham and when it arrived it did not have the clear plastic pocket on end of reel case as in general advert for product. I know, it sounds petty but I was curious to know.
I emailed Ovation Monday morning and a chap called Adrian quickly emailed me back and explained that he had gone through their latest (2010) consignment of 50 reels and none of them had the plastic pocket on but that he was going over to their Redditch shop where he was sure they had a 2009 reel bag in their reel display cabinet with the plastic pocket on and that he would mail it to me, which he duly did.
It arrived this morning first class recorded delivery!!!

I must state for the record that I have no connections whatsoever to Ovation Leisure, business or otherwise, just a very pleased customer.
Its such a pleasant surprise to come across good old fashioned customer service and with the personal touch.
