Default Barbless

I have decided to fish barbless this year for river fishing.
I do not want to get rid of all my existing flies( most of which have been
bought from forum members) I will just de-barb them.
I was going to de-barb them in one go to save messing about on the river
bank.
All my still water flies have been done with no problems.
However I was thinking, because my river flies are smaller, will they tend to
fall out of my fly box? I use a Fishpond zipped-soft fly box
Would I be better to de-barb them as I go?
Is there a special fly box for barbless hooks?
Cant wait to get out fishing again. Peter.

Modern, dense foam should not allow your hooks to fall out. I keep my nymphs (all barbless) in a Scientific Anglers box with foam strips, and none have yet fallen out. However, older/cheaper boxes may have lower-density foam, which I have noticed has a looser grip on the hook.
