A while ago I posted looking for a super light reel to match my TXL 3wt,with a slim reel foot , as the rod is a custom full cork reel seat.
Could'nt find a used one (no surprises) I asked Ian if he sold them.
"No, but I can get you one in a few day's" say's he, and it turned up today,less than a week after my initial PM !
Not only was it the usual superb service, but the price was considerably better than anywhere else.
I for one will use Ian for all my future purchases.

Sorry,forgot to say the reel was a Lamson ULA Purist 1.
