As far as I know they're made by Shakespeare. I've got them in 5, 6 and 7 wt, and all lie straight as a die. In fact I used one last Sunday in minus conditions and it remained supple.
If you like the professional you'll like the barrio

Thumbs up Barrio Lines

Most definately not a slinky , have Barrio lines in a few weight all WF though, good lines no problems with coiling.

For goodness sake, get a silk line and then you don't have to worry about it ever again. :-)

Top quality line at a good price. I have Cortland Sylk lines and Barrios for rivers.

As the Sylks wear out I will replace them with Barrios. equally good and a whole lot cheaper.

I also use Barrios for still waters in 7 & 8 weights.

i use a olive DT4 for river dries and think its excellent (particularly for the price). Even at twentyish quid its worth a punt to try one for yourself

They are excellent lines - I've been using an olive DT3 for some time and it's as good a line as any costing two or three times as much.
