We are looking for somebody to take on the fisheries side of our business. We have 2 fishing lochs - 1 coarse, 1 fly - covering approx. 5 acres, together with a family fishing pond. All situated within 70 acres of mixed grounds at Westlands Activity Centre index, SW Scotland (only 15 minutes north of Carlisle).

We took over Westlands in 2008 and have not had the time or knowledge to operate the fisheries side of the business. However, it has been popular and profitable with the previous owner.

We also have a café on site which is going to be advertised for rent/lease. This can be available as part of the package if wanted.

We are open to any suggestions - lease, profit share, what do you have in mind? Feel free to contact me with any questions or for an informal chat.

It certainly looks like you have a good thing going there and good fisheries can genarate a lot of money. I can,t comment on outlay I,m sure someone will take the oppertunity. I don,t have the funds nor the knowlage but would like to make a living at something to do with fishing. Good luck with it. Alan
