Default youve been given £500 for a small river setup?

youve got a £500 budget for a lets say a #3/4 setup, rod, reel, line, waders, net and anything else you may need within the said price.
at what price could you set yourself up for?
i am interested as this is what i am attempting

Get a 7' cane rod from Gary Marshall. Add a silk line from Terenzio. Make do for a while so that you can dream about completing the set-up.
