Hi Guys
As we all know the current icy conditions have really hit the holiday fishing

i had planned 3 or 4 trips

there must be about 6" of ice on the canal ..............locally to me (Central Scotland) .........i think Swanswater and Wellsfield are the only fisherys that have invested in anti-ice machine's and are "just about" fishable ! in these extreme conditions ! So i take it they are still taking some money ??
For the other surely this must be a very hard time i.e NO revenue ??
I know if Wellsfield had another two anti-ice machines it would probably be 99% ice free, and there plenty of loonies like me who will fish in just about any thing
Just wondering what fishery owners veiws are on this subject ??
