Hi Lee
I stayed in this area this year.
I cannot remember the name of the first fishery, but as you come down the D948 towards St Junien, after passing Chabrac you will see many signs to a trout fishery.
I did go there, unfortunately, on the only day of the week that they were closed. 2 small lakes, can fish C&R if you want with a small cafe/snack bar.
I also went to Domaine de Jarlat which is just outside St Mathieu which is about 20km from St Junien. 3 small lakes there, one was trout only, with sizes varying from 0.5 to 5lb. It was really cheap - I think 5euros for 8 fish!!
Very difficult to cast due to the trees all the way round, but you can fly fish the other two lakes as well. Had a pleasant morning there.
You may also find a place called La Mordoree which is near Ansac Sur Vienne.
They have changed their rules now, and only open on weekends and you have to kill and pay (a hefty sum) for all fish. I would not recommend.
Hope this helps
Bill
