This is my latest e-mail to Atkins Angling a company who dont know what customer service is, they take payment immediately upon placing order, their web site says its in stock then after repeated phone calls and being fobbed off time after time, eventually they promise me a refund as they cannot supply my order for yet another week

I am furious and wound right up by these people please see my e-mail text below, I urge every forum member never to do business with this shower as they clearly dont deserve our custom.
I always try and buy from the Trade members on this forum as I always receive excellent service from them all.
Order number 15137 still NOT refunded, despite being promised a refund again today, as you cannot ship any of my order until Friday 18th December and even then its probably another broken promise.
Why do you continually fail to acknowledge your customers?
You acknowledge and take orders very quickly but fail to supply goods in a timely manner, why does your web site make false claims about your stock level?
Why do your Staff never call customers back?
Do you not realize that you cannot treat customers this way and expect to stay in business?
Are you really not concerned about receiving bad press for your appalling customer service?
I guess the answer to the above is you really don’t care, I really don’t care now If you take ages to refund Me as I will get my money back through my Bank, but you will suffer even more bad publicity as a result, I can only hope this results in your business failing as companies like Yours don’t deserve to stay in business.
Your Telephone Staff are very Polite, but useless in dealing with any customer queries, I assume that is because like you the owners of Atkins Angling they really could not care less about the customer.
