Question pike on the fly

hi all,
can anyone tell me how to set a fly rod up for pike. lines tippets flies and stuff.
i fancy havin a go at that.

I am also interested in what tackle is needed as i plan on giveing it ago in the next few weeks.
Would a 7wt road be OK or is it a bit on the light side?

thanx had a look never thought of that,,,,,, DOH,,,,,,,
reidy it looks like your twig is too light, i have a 8-9 and thats too light also. looking at 10 and over. i wanted to know if you use strong mono and then a wire trace but it looks like there are special traces to use?????
trip to fishing shop is on the cards then...
