Hi chaps,

I going to buy my father a days boat fishing at Thornton for one of his Christmas presents. He's never fished there and I've only fished there once. I'll be going along with him so there will be two of us in the boat and will try to book one with an electric motor!
So I need advice as when is the best time of year to fish at Thornton? I would appreciate anyone's advice!
