i fish fo rthe england youth fly fishing team and i am trying to make some money for our national competition at grafham water next year. any ideas will help.

I run the Alan West Memorial at Rutland held every year on the first Friday in April, I'm sure we could do something to help. I'll have a word with Rob and see if he has any ideas that we could do to help you.

Tell your lads about the match and get them to fish then we could get you all together and raise some cash.

I'll charge people an extra few quid.

Are you a member of a club? 2 of your colleagues in the South West are members of Kennick Flyfishers and we sponsor them. Most clubs would be delighted to have an England Youth team member as a member and I am sure could be persuaded to provide some sponsorship

Thanks on behalf of everyone involved in the EYFA.....anything that helps the lads is always very gratefully recieved !

Phill (chickenfish) or i will raise the matter at the AGM in a couple of weeks so it gets noted in the diary.(the lads however have a 2 day event at Grafham on the Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th)

However I'll also email Bobby Worker and get her to pass on all the info.

That could be quite useful though, as a few of us come from quite a way away and it takes so long to get there it would be easier to have them next to each other to reduce travelling, and having to go down, and then back up twice. It takes me about 4 hours anyway (probably a fair bit more for this event due to the bank holiday)
