Default loop vs vision

Hi everyone
thinking of purchasing a fly rod, the two that i'm looking at is loop multi and vision 3zone in a 5 weight.
I would appreciate some feed back on these rods as i'm new at this.

Both companies make excellent mid priced tackle. Firstly, what do you want the rod for? What is your casting level? I would cast both rods with the line you intend you use and perhaps get some good advice from the tackle shop.

I have been using a 3 zone for about 4 years. Excellent rod.

Have'nt used the Loop but the Vision 3 zone 9' 5# is my favorite rod so much "feel" some say its "soft" ideal for dry fly ,i use mine for everything, use it right through the winter bashing rainbows (average weight 3lb) best stockie on it was "just" under 6lb

If you are looking for a "pure" dry fly rod have a look at the new Vision "Cult" 9' 5# which has a progressive action Im looking at getting the cult in 9' 3# for float tubing and small rivers.

Hi, i have 2 loop multi 10 ft 8 weights and they are fantastic rods.

As previous mentioned it depends where you are going to be fishing.

Resers or stillwaters these rods are stiffish so distance casting is no problem.
Haven,t tried the Vision rods so can,t comment.
Don,t know which is cheaper but the Loop are about £270 i think, good rods though, ck.
