I must admit that in my very limited experience with retailers in this hobby what a bunch of muppetts most of them are !

I've been trying for the last two days to order a few products online and a typical conversation is :

( Me ) Hello, I'm just checking on an order I placed a few days ago ?
( them ) Ok , what is the order number
( Me ) 45862
( them ) Sorry, it's not in stock.
( Me ) So why didn't someone let me know, when will it be in stock ?
( them ) After christmas
( Me ) Are you taking the **** ?
( Them ) I guess you want to cancel ?
( Me ) Of course I do you ******.

I have spent the last ten years running a mail order / internet based company and never come across such a laid-back shower of ***** as I have seen in this industry so far. Maybe I'll start my own angling shop and show these old timers how customers should be treated.

Anyway, second post and already a rant :-)

So go on then , who is it ?? I bet they have had a mention on here before

The only good service recieved so far has been Fish On Productions, pity they only sell DVD's !
