Default Irish Angler Mag

After reading Irish Angler Magazine (dec) i feel a bit confused, in his editorial the editor points his finger to a trout competition fished on a irish loch in the midlands which was a fund raiser for the club involved. This money is put to good use in work done in the spawning streams. His point is that trout were killed in a comp for trout protection. Why am i confused turn to page 24 and there is a 4 page article on a trout competion that was fished over two days on a western loch which was catch and kill. Two conflicting articles in the one mag
