Default Rainbow Trout

I gutted out one of my rainbow trout i caught and i found loads of eggs in it ?
I have never saw this in all my rainbows caught , Why was there eggs inside it?

Its not that uncommon and more worrying ive caught Rainbow fish in Lochs that were full of eggs.

I would not worry about that they are most likely to be sterile
