Default Thigh waders

I've managed to get some funding for our invertebrate monitoring group and would like to allocate some of the money to give each of the the volunteers a pair of studded sole thigh waders.
I have a budget of £30 - £35 per pair to spend and wondered if there are any suppliers on the forum who could help out with this or if anyone can reccommend a supplier who has a good product which would fit the bill.
Cheers, Colin

I Have been looking on the snowbee website seem to have loads of old stock.
But it is Cheaper buy it from my local fishing shop they give you a bigger discount than snowbee direct ?
Dont know if this helps i know your going to need more than a couple of pairs,
Dont if contacting snowbee direct would help, they seem very helpful may even Donate you never know dont ask Dont get.

Default Thigh Waders

Might be worth contacting Grommit on here, he usually comes up trumps and always at the right price

Thanks for the replies, nothing positive so far though. It's a good order for someone, 19 pairs required.

HI', Colin. Good luck with the wader hunt. Whatever you do, don't buy felt soled waders for kick-sampling. Cleated rubber soles are fine. TerryC

Does it have to be studded soles?

I have a pair of cleated sole nylon Snowbee thigh waders and they are pretty much indestructable. Had them for 2 years and they are as good as the day I bought them. A wee bit more dirtier mind!

Think they were about £20 from the local fishing shop.
