Default Ollie Edwards - Top man !

Just felt I should put up a comment on this man.

Met him at the weekend and learned a few things, as well as having a great laugh at some of his storied laced with industrial language in his fine Yorkshire accent.

At one stage an American gentleman came over and gave him a prototype fly - his fame spreads far and near - even my wife wanted me to meet him !!

Cheers Ollie - I should have bought a signed copy of your book, but your flies are too hard to make for me, and too painful to lose.

Have a feeling that the book may still make the Christmas wish list though!

I agree.

My secondary motive for posting is to get that stupid 'expensive rod' thread off the front page.
