Default Wansbeck angling association

Does anyone have a contact number for the Wansbeck Angling Association ? I have tried and tried to find a contact number to no avail.
You have to become a member to fish certain stretches of the river Wansbeck, and have to pay to become a member at local tackle shops, yet no one has a contact number or address or indeed any information about the association.
Can any one help ?
