Default Who would be interested in habitat work training?

Particularly for people who are members of the WTT; what do people think of a published list of planned habitat work projects across the UK?

Potentially, I could list project schedules and make local contact details available so that people could join in and get the same training as the local recipients of our "Practical Visit" programme.

This could be done via my blog and also could be incorporated into WTT newsletters and email dispatches.

Who on the forum might be interested in these kinds of opportunities?

Hi Paul, although I've recently moved to the Scottish Borders and I am not yet involved with any particular club, I would certainly be interested in this.

Like wise Paul. We have just had a Tim Jacklin report and already do some habitat restoration. We need more hands on experience and links to other clubs doing this.
If I can be of any help contact me.

Good stuff, thanks for the prompt responses. I'll await further feedback and then report back on this thread with ways that it could be taken forward.

Yes, I would be interested. Myself and a few others do some local work on rivers here, which amounts to basic river maintenance.

I would be interested in learning more.
