Default tennis elbow

For those who have or get problems with tennis elbow and I know how sore it gets having suffered with it.I found this item to be a life saver and use it all the time and it does work for me.
here is the link to it and many others for joint problems,I have no commercial link with them and its only to help those who suffer from the problem.

I used to suffer quite bad with tennis elbow especially when swffing.
I then had a casting lesson from Carl Hutchinson (ukswff.co.uk) now it's all but dissapeared.
The problem was I was using too much power when casting.

Are you able to use the aircast pneumatic when casting or only at rest?

Hi' Warren, I used a strap a bit like the one depicted a little over twenty years ago --- made in Germany, imported by a medical goods supplier in Oldham. It worked wonders, but I can't rmember any more details, I'm afraid. TC

Perhaps you are all too old for tennis and should stick to fly fishing.

OK, coats on, I'm gone.
