Default Winter Bows HELP?

With the season ended on my local river i have decided to head to the local lakes and having not done much rainbow trout fishing i was wondering what flies are a must have for my box over winter periods as i want to maximise my chances whilst at the lakes,

I am sure that this topic has been covered here before in some form but i am wanting to know what flies worked and how to fish them as i said before im a novice when it comes to this sort of fishing,

Thanks in advance,

Orange, Yellow or black Nomads on an Intermed' line with a slow figure of eight.

Egg Fly and an indicator

Daddys, Bloodworm, these are all doing me very well at the moment. Fry will also come into play too!

Ah well if your fishing with Mark you will be pointed in the right direction, often this time of year on small fisherys, diawl bachs and buzzers can work a treat especially if the fish are in the fishery a while.

Yep he will point me in the right way, but is there any particular buzzer patterns that work during the winter months as i have never tied nor attempted to tie a buzzer before so i would need to get on the ball and get the materials to tie them.
